We have been using Prabs and P&M as our mortgage advisor for close to ten years now - and for good reason. Not only did he managed to get us a great deal when the rates were low, he has also managed to pull off the near impossible when we had to renew our mortgage in early 2024 when interest rates had jumped from what was 0.5% when we took the first mortgage to 5.25% today. We were genuinely concerned that our outgoings were going to jump by £400 or £500 per month. In fact we are locked in for the remainder of the term with only a £130 increase.. which means we now know exactly how much we will need each month until we own the house outright. In an uncertain financial world this security is worth it's weight in gold. Massive thanks to Prabs and all at P&M, we can sleep more comfortably now knowing exactly what are commitments are.
